All essentials are taken care of. This includes: internet, water, heating and electricity, as well as 24/7 on-site maintenance and concierge. All apartments come fully furnished and include a smart TV. In addition to your apartment, you also get gym membership and access to our workspaces where you can book meeting rooms.

There's a state-of-the-art fitness studio with on-site Personal Trainer and a yoga studio with infra-red pods. Our workspaces have various hot-desks, phone booths, meeting rooms and printing facilities. There is an additional charge for booking meeting rooms, these are charged at a preferential rate for residents.

Our communal lounge areas and landscaped terraces are a great place to relax with a drink and sweet treat from our onsite cafe. Fresh coffee and water are provided as standard.

We also have private dining rooms available to hire so you can entertain your friends in style.

You'll also have access to media, screening and rehearsal rooms, and our purpose designed 150 seat black box theatre.

There's also a large laundry room.

Our leasing office is open 7 days a week, Mon-Fri from 9am-6pm, Saturdays from 10am-5pm and Sunday from 11am-5pm.

The Bon is open. When reserving an apartment, you’ll select a move-in date with our team, and you’ll also find this date in your contract. You can move in any time on or after the date stated in your contract.

When reserving an apartment, we require a holding fee of $250 to take the apartment off the market. When the application is approved, the amount is deducted from your first month’s rent. Ahead of moving in we require you to pay a $500 security deposit and your first months' rent.

We do ask you to pay a security deposit. The security deposit is $500; this would need to be paid prior to your lease start date. Your deposit is fully refundable at the end of your tenancy, assuming there’s no damage.

Absolutely! You can bring your pet with you. Our pet-friendly policy is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Dog breed restrictions do apply. For full T&Cs just chat to our team.

Only if you want to! All our apartments are private, they each have their own bathroom and kitchen, which means no queuing for the shower in the morning. Our communal spaces are shared with all Bon residents, and these include the fitness center, yoga studio, working spaces, lounge area and chef style kitchen.

Our apartments can be rented by more than one person, you can easily add their information during the application process or let us know. Once their information has been submitted, we can add their details to the lease agreement

Yes! We have an on-site maintenance team and 24/7 maintenance cover in case of an emergency. This is included in your rent, no additional payments needed

Unfortunately, we don’t have any parking available at The Bon. However, there are several parking garages in the surrounding area that can be leased for a monthly fee and are just a short walk from the building. Our team will be more than happy to share the details of these with you during the booking process.
