We're running an offer of one month free across all our studio apartment types when you book at least a 12 month lease with us
Offer terms & conditions:
The rent concession will be applied to your final full rent instalment payment of your lease (minimum 12 month)
For the avoidance of doubt, any promotion that enables a customer to benefit from an incentive/concession/discount via The Bon website & booking portal is at our absolute discretion and is subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or replace the offer for another with different terms at any time and without notice.
If you default and move out early, you will pay The Bon any amounts stated to be rental discounts in paragraph 10, concessions provided in any concession addendum found in our standard lease agreement.

Resident referral program

Remember, each referral must list your name as his or her referral source when applying.
*To be eligible you must be a current resident in good standing at the time your referral moves in. The resident referral bonus will be issued to you in the form of a credit in your resident portal.
