The Bon is situated in Fenway, a hub of Boston, MA. Known as a vibrant neighborhood that overlooks Fenway Park, home of the Red Sox. Fenway is the beating heart of all things culture, history, entertainment and academia in Boston, boasting some of the city's best attractions, including great shopping, cafés, bars, and restaurants.

The Bon's location puts you in easy reach of the Green and Orange transit stops for a short trip downtown to Copley Plaza and Boston Common. You are within easy reach of the best cultural spots in the city, from museums and galleries to theaters in the West End. The neighborhood of Back Bay, Beacon Hill, North End, South End and the theater district are also within easy reach.

For students and professionals working in academia, The Bon is within walking distance of key schools, universities and colleges, including Northeastern University and Boston University, or over the Charles River in to Cambridge to MIT and Harvard University.

Our leases are as flexible as they are inclusive, meaning you can stay for as long as you like. If you are looking for a bespoke lease these are not bookable via the website, so please reach out to our team who will be able to help you.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any parking options available at The Bon. However, there are several parking garages in the surrounding area that can be leased for a monthly fee and are just a short walk from the building. Our team will be more than happy to share the details of these with you during the booking process.

Pretty much everything is included within the price. Well, all the essentials: Wi-Fi internet, water, gas and electricity. You can also arrange for optional extras, such as frequent apartment cleaning during the booking process. Unfurnished apartments can be a pain. That is why our apartments come fully furnished and are purposefully designed spaces, with your own private bedroom, kitchen (stainless steel hob & combi stove) and ensuite bathroom (with a shower), as well as shared spaces such as a fitness studio, workspaces and a cinema room. Our onsite team host regular events and socials so you can enjoy the community and get to know other residents in the building. Events hosted include wine evenings and grab & go breakfast. In the summer enjoy relaxing on our landscaped patio rooftop terrace. On the practical side, you’ll get super fast Wi-Fi and 24/7 security. Living at The Bon property, you can make use of a large communal laundry room with larger washer dryer machines in the basement.

Absolutely! Unlike other housing choices, you can bring your pet with you to The Bon. Dogs and cats are welcome. Our pet-friendly policy is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Dog breed restrictions do apply. For full T&Cs just chat to our team.
